UPDATE – 11/15/20 – LAKEPRO SERVICES DURING COVID-19 “3-WEEK PAUSE”
LakePro will continue operating with some small changes during the current “3-week pause” COVID-19 restrictions. Staff will be working from home when possible and taking all the proper precautions as outlined by the health department. We don’t expect our customers to notice anything is different. Our goal is to continue delivering personal, prompt, and professional service during these restrictions.

Thank you and stay safe
UPDATE – 4/27/20 – LAKEPRO SERVICES MOVING FORWARD AND READY TO START
With the latest update to Michigan’s stay-at-home order, LakePro is now able to resume operations. Treatments and other services in the field will begin on May 4th. For the safety of our customers and employees, field technicians will follow the guidelines below.
- The number of technicians in individual crews will be reduced.
- Technician start time will be staggered so they have minimal interaction in our facilities.
- Technicians will not initiate in-person contact with customers except in cases of emergency. This means technicians will remain 6 feet from people, not shake hands, not knock on customers’ doors, and not physically hand signs or notices to customers. Signs will be posted on trees or stakes that we provide. Our staff will e-mail notices within 24 hours of treatment.
- Technicians will disinfect their vehicles and equipment regularly before leaving LakePro and throughout the workday.
Our team is committed to delivering great service along with keeping everyone safe as we proceed forward. If you have any concerns or questions at any time, let us know.
We will see you soon! Stay safe.
UPDATE – 4/13/20 – MESSAGE FROM LAKEPRO OWNERSHIP
As the owner of LakePro, I wanted to reach out and thank you for your understanding and patience as we – as individuals, families, and company – try to understand all that is happening in the communities we serve and across Michigan. We truly appreciate the kind words of support and encouragement that many of you have sent to us. I’ve shared these with the team so they know you are there for us when we come back to work.
On March 26th we made the decision to postpone all field service work until April 13th to help contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We were excited as we planned to begin work this week, but since Governor Whitmer extended the “stay home, stay safe” order we have changed our plans. Our new schedule has all our technicians back in the field on May 4th, 2020.
I want to assure you that we will carry out great service and deliver on the LakePro Promise (P3) of being personal, prompt and professional when the time comes.
The team at LakePro is committed to providing you with a great experience, and I thank you again for your understanding as we do all we can to serve you. In the meantime, please take a minute to share your thoughts and pictures of your waterbody on our Facebook page. Even if we can’t be there in person, we still want to see your water.
If you have any questions please feel free to call our customer service team at 810-635-4400 or send us an email at [email protected]. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Stay safe and healthy,
Paul Dominick
Director of Operations
