Algimycin is a chelated copper algicide that effectively controls a broad range of algae. It is even effective in water with high alkalinity, like many Michigan lakes and ponds. Algimycin is a liquid formulation that can be applied directly to algae blooms by hand or with a sprayer. For best results, we recommend using an enzyme with this product, such as LakePro Enzyme.
