Water Quality Test Programs

Know the Condition of Your Pond

LakePro has recently expanded the water quality program in order to provide more testing options to our clients. We feel that every waterbody would benefit from having the water periodically tested to create a profile of characteristics, watch for any changes, and to check for any harmful bacteria, such as E. coli.

The LakePro Standard Pond Analysis allows you to gain a better understanding of the overall health of your waterbody. Your easy-to-understand report will create a profile that compares your waterbody to the averages of Michigan ponds.

LakePro can tailor a testing program based on your waterbody, concerns, and budget. We also have testing programs for toxic pollutants, depth profiles, sediment testing, and much more!

Standard Pond Analysis

Our Standard Pond Analysis tests for the most common parameters requested in smaller water bodies. Your results are compared to EPA and State Water Quality Standards. Continued testing also allows us to compare your results to historical results to determine trends and changes. Parameters included are, Temperature, Dissolved Oxygen, Phosphates, pH, Total Dissolved Solids, Conductivity, and Salinity.

The Standard Pond Analysis requires water sample collection and field testing. Samples collected are preserved and brought back to our laboratory for testing. A summary of your data is usually available within 7 days.

Permit Testing

Easy to Read Reports

Oftentimes, when you get your water tested at a laboratory, you receive back a list of items and numbers with no explanation.

Unlike those other labs, we will provide you with an explanation of results that are easy to read along with the numerical data.
